About Us

The Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 12227 is located in Falcon, Colorado. The post was established on October 27 and 28, 2023. The official name of the post honors a local hero, SGM James Gregory "Ryan" Sartor.

The VFW only accepts veterans who served overseas in a combat zone or received hostile fire pay. Veterans who have served honorably and have been awarded a campaign medal as confirmed by their DD-214 or other military documentation are eligible for membership.
